Hi Ilana,
Our Library IT section has an extensive set of SLAs for all the services
they support for us. They're not publicly accessible, but if any of these are
of interest to you, I can send you the text.

Ariel Support for sending, receipt and distribution of Ariel
documents as part of the Library's Document Delivery service.
Card Printing Support for the production of Library cards for Library
patrons.
Circulation Support for circulation desk services in all Library locations.
Databases Citations and full text journals, working tools on CDROM,
public access CDROMs (in Fisher, in Law, in other libraries).
East Asian Collection Support for staff and specialised public access
workstations in the East Asian Collection.
Email Support to enable Library staff to send and receive email
from the desktop.
Innopac Support for use of the Innopac system.
Mac Desktop Support for a small number of Mac computers used by Library
staff.
Public Access Support for the Library's public access workstations which
provide access for patrons to various IT-based applications including the
catalogue, citation and full-text databases and web resources.
Public Printing Support for public access printing provided by Monitor.
Reporting Support for the production of Innopac, general, and
statistical reports.
Repository Support for the Library's data repositories including
Sydney eScholarship.
Scanning Support for scanners used by Library staff.
SETIS Support for the SETIS service which provides a scholarly electronic
publishing and digital library platform to support and further the programs
and goals of the University and the Library.
Staff Desktop Support for email, word-processing, web browser, Telnet/FTP
interfaces, search clients, spreadsheets and virus protection at the staff
desktop PC workstation.
Staff Notebooks Support for notebook and tablet PCs used by Library
staff.
Staff Printing Support for stand alone and networked staff printers,
including spine label printers.
Training Rooms Support for workstations in the Library's training rooms
which are used to deliver training to both Library clients and Library staff.
Web Services Support for the Library's web sites, including the staff
intranet .
