[Web4lib] events management and room booking for workshops events ect.

We're starting use the events and room reserve software from e-vanced
Solutions:
http://www.e-vancedsolutions.com/

It's for libraries which is helpful although we think we may be one of the
few academic libraries. They are small and quite responsive to suggestions.
