In case it hasn't previously been mentioned in this thread, for those who
want to give WordPress a spin at no cost without installing it, you can sign
up for an account at http://wordpress.com/. If you've installed the latest
version of WordPress and want to use the Akismet antispam service, you'll
need an account on WordPress.com anyway in order to get the API key that
works with Akismet. Akismet comes in a free and subscription service.
