[Web4lib] Rosenfeld/Wiggins book website up

Lou Rosenfeld and Rich Wiggins are co-authoring a book on search analytics.
They have established a website for this book, and among other goodies it
offers a free Perl script that "reads your Web search engine's log and
produces a report listing your most popular search phrases in rank order."
