[Web4lib] Re: next generation opac mailing list

Greetings All -

I'm wondering if "Next Generation OPAC" might not be a 
contradiction of terms - The very name OPAC is so 'first 
generation.' Look at it from today's standpoint (as opposed to 
that of twenty years ago): Online? What else would it be? Public 
access? Duh...
