[Web4lib] Microsoft Academic Search, is it broken?

We're now starting to see OpenURLs from Microsoft Academic Search, 
NISO OpenURL 1.0 (Z39.88), even.

Some of the OpenURL's don't have as much metadata as you might like, 
but this is not a bad start.
