[Web4lib] printer pool and public access management software

LPT: One from Envisionware is a product I've seen in a lot of libraries and
most people are pretty happy with it.  Like SAM, Envisionware has a whole
set of modules that work nicely together.  Lots of people switching off
CybrayN to Envisionware (or SAM).
