[Web4lib] BookLetters

Do any of you web savvy people have experience with customizing a
BookLetters setup? I've made many changes but am concerned with their
use of tag soup. Is there any positive way to encourage them to change
the way they're doing things? According to them, all the other libraries
they've worked with have been perfectly happy.... Maybe I'm just a
grouch. Thanks!
