And although DRM is not explicitly mentioned, it sounds like ESBNs can be used for
that purpose, or at least that's what this wording suggests: "Digital ownership can
be controlled through ESBNs not ISBNs" combined with the reference to "customer 
demographic data" lower on the FAQ page.
