[Web4lib] How many computers...?

Hi:

I'd be very interested to know how you determine how
many computers to make available to the public? Do you
base it on the number of visitors, on circulation
statistics, or something else? 

I was also wondering if anyone had noticed a downward
trend in public computer usage in the past few years.
