I use http://www.2wdhost.com - they're $2 a month and offer 300MB of space.
 I use one of the larger packages but they're pretty darn reliable.  Mention
my email nengard (at) gmail (dot) com if you sign up - I don't get anything
but I mention it when I need support (that I get them lots of customers).
