[Web4lib] TemaTres: open source thesaurus managemen

I send for evaluation this web aplication to manage documentation languages - 
especially good at hierarchical thesauri and cataloging vocabularies but also 
useful for navigation structures

Features

TemaTres 0.9.2 supports folowing features:

    * Complete printing in XML format (Zthes)
