[Web4lib] Macromedia Captivate (formerly RoboDemo)

Hi all,

 

Does anyone have experience using Macromedia Captivate (or RoboDemo) to
create online database tutorials?   What is your impression of the
software?   What other software would you consider for creating
tutorials?
