Greetings! In June and July of this year 184 print-impaired library users studied the accessibility and general usaibility of the new downloadable digital audio book service from netLibrary and Recorded Books LLC.

The final report on this field test is now available.

I thank everyone--netLibrary/OCLC staff, participating libraries, end-users--for supporting and participating in this field test of the accessibility and general usability of this service by individuals who are print-impaired. I also thank the Mid-Illinois Talking Book Center and the Alliance Library System for organizing and supporting this study.
