[Web4lib] Displaying RSS feeds externally?

Is anyone - or does anyone know of a library that is - displaying their internally-generated RSS feeds of headlines, catalog acquisitions, or anything else on someone else's web site? For example, a local government web site, a parent organization's home page, an academic department's web site, a class web site, etc.? TIA,
