How about using the scheduled tasks feature in the Windows Control
Panel. You should be able to create a series of batch files that would
say at this hour run this program with X parameters. Then put those
batch files into scheduled tasks.

Hi,
Just in case you haven't yet found that FTE to flip the PowerPoint
Presention every 5 minutes, one durn low-tech solution would be to
simply save out the slides as jpg's or gifs, embed them in an html page
and put an auto-redirect in the header like this:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60; URL=nextPagePlease.html">
The above tag would change to "nextPagePlease.html" after 60 seconds.
