[Web4lib] Public Library Blogs for Staff Communication

Do any of the public library folks out there have in-house blogs for staff
communication?  We're thinking of starting one up, but would like to get a
handle issues that may have come up (blogs and public records logs, staff
stuff becoming public, hosted vs. in house, etc.).  If you have had
experience with this -- positive or negative -- please let me know.  Thanks!
