[Web4lib] Filtering

Hello everyone

Our library is starting to shop around for new filtering software. It would be very helpful if those of you using filtering would be willing to share your thoughts about the product your library is using.  Have you been satisfied with it?  Why or why not?   Have any unexpected or particularly thorny technical issues cropped up?
