[Web4lib] Help with HTML?

Hello All,

I'm trying my hand out on some web designing for East Los Angeles College,
South Gate Educational Center.

http://www.elac.edu/departments/library/testing/

If a few of you could take a look at the site and offer suggestions, it
would be MUCH appreciated.

I'm trying to figure out how to get it so that the pages look pretty much
the same on PCs and MACs, IE, Netscape, Firefox, etc.
