[Web4lib] Germany and full text book searching

I think it's a smart move on the part of the publishers to do this 
themselves, thus heading off an effort like Google that is done without 
publisher input. It will be interesting to see if it has "user friendly" 
features that equal those of Google. This reminds me of the argument 
that if the music publishers had been more future-thinking they might 
have averted the p2p movement by satisfying customer needs for online 
content. We never know if that's really true, but this German case may 
give us some idea.
