Yes -- Still a Problem -- RE: [Web4lib] Set to Digest, but still getting lots!

On Friday, May 20th I, too, turned the Digest option "On".  It's nearly
11 a.m on Monday, May 23rd and I'm still getting individual mail from
the list.
How long does it take before we start getting digest messages?
If we should be getting them now, what can we do to make sure we get
digest messages from now on?

I've turned the Digest option "On", but I'm still getting several
'issues' of Web4Lib mail sent to me as separate pieces of daily mail.
Each 'issue' has from 1 to 6 or 7 topics. How can get it all as one
daily mailing, like it was before?
