Instruction & Web Services Librarian
Bluffton University invites applications for the position of Instruction
& Web Services Librarian.  This position provides vision and leadership
for the library's instruction program, manages all aspects of the
library website, participates as a member of the reference team, and
oversees interlibrary loan.  Required:  Masters degree from an
ALA-accredited program; extensive knowledge of information literacy
practices and current trends in pedagogy; demonstrated teaching ability;
experience in web site design and development; innovative approach to
library services and programs.  Preferred: 3-5 years reference and
instruction experience in an academic library.  Twelve-month position;
begins July 2005.  Bluffton University is affiliated with the Mennonite
Church USA and committed to the historic peace church tradition.  Review
