[WEB4LIB] ampersand encoding in dreamweaver

Hmm... I can't seem to reproduce this "bug" in MX2004, but in MX (on my 
Windows box) if I change a "&" to "&" in the "Link" box of the 
Properties panel and save-close-reopen the file, then it does appear to 
change the "&" back into a "&", but only in the "Link" box -- i.e. 
if I go into "Code View" then the "&" is still there.

However since I can't reproduce this problem in MX2004, you may just 
need to upgrade to 7.0.1 (which is the version I'm running and I believe 
the latest one).
