LibWireless now available via new service

LibWireless is now available via a new service called GMANE.  You can
view it as threaded discussion via your news reader or via a webpage.
You can also reply via the new interface as well.  This does not change
anything as far as the addresses to send messages to. Let me know what
you think of this new service.
