Hi Susan,

The professional version offers automation for generating site maps and a
search engine.  I will probably try the pro version this time.  

The layouts I've used varied based on the site.  For one site, which was an
archival copy of our library course, I used it to generate a horizontal
navigational menu (which I inserted to all course pages via PHP).  It saved
me a lot of time and coding.   

For the index page of the library's main site, I generated an alphabetical
listing.  The software automatically generated the letters and links. A nice
feature was the ability to split the list into separate pages based on
letter.  I generated the list as plain html and inserted to the site
template via ASP.
