[Web4lib] touch screen technology

Web4Libbers, I could use some help--

Someone who works for our City needs some help on purchasing/creating a touch screen interface to an Access database.  **Does anyone know of a good software product, or a good vendor of touch screen products?**  He just wants a user-friendly main menu structure/display options for his engineers to use to access this data.  

We'd appreciate any advice/suggestions/reviews.
