[Web4lib] A very basic quesiont on library home page URL format

Concurring with everyone that whatever you call it, make sure that it
responds both ways:

name.tld
www.name.tld

Officially, we are lii.org. But we don't get wrapped around the crank when
we see links to www.lii.org--both work (and will continue to work). "Call me
anything, but just call me." 

Personally, I am getting so accustomed to niftyservice.name.tld that when a
website does it as a directory, e.g. name.tld/niftyservice, I have to think
about it.
