I don't know about support from Microsoft, but this is the Public Access 
Tool that the Gates Foundation used for the public access machines they 
donated to public libraries. They modified it to work with XP SP 2 and 
released it to the general public.

Support will probably be available at the Secure PC site, set up to 
assist the libraries after the Foundation's support ended.
