[Web4lib] Link: searching-- what web search engines *does* it work on?

Ok, I've been trying to do the usual vanity search on a number of search 
engines, and I'm not having much luck at all. So far I've tried lycos, 
altavista, alltheweb, and a number of others, and had no luck. Part of 
it seems to be that i'm looking for links to a subdirectory... but I 
know there are more links than I'm finding with any of these search engines.
Suggestions, anyone?
