[Web4lib] Index Files in Subdirectories

Hello everyone,
 
I've just installed Drupal in a subdirectory of our website.  Although there is an index.php (and I tried an index.html file as well) I'm getting "Directory Listing Denied - This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed."  Is there something I need to do on the server side or within the Drupal configuration?
 
Any help would be appreciated!
