[Web4lib] CSS menus question

Hello, everyone. I'm relatively new to CSS and have created a CSS menu
with the help of OpenCube's Infinite Menus (http://www.opencube.com/). I
dropped the menu into a page styled with CSS. But the cascading menus are
hidden behind the rest of the page, except for the very last menu, Donate,
which you can see on my public test page:

I know enough to think this has something to do with the z-index of the
menus and the other elements on the page. I've set the menu's z-index to 1
with a <div> tag covering the entire menu, and the rest of the page's
elements have a z-index of 0 (set in a separate style sheet). Playing
around with these values doesn't seem to help, or I'm just not changing the
right things.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!
Tana
