[Web4lib] Google search results question

Last week I was reading a book called _Google Power_ by Chris Sherman.
 Unfortunately, it's already checked out by someone else.  In it, I
vaguely recall Sherman mentioning that Google by design won't retrieve
more than 900 results.  However, if you use the "Search within
results" option at the bottom of the page it will search within the
full results.

I haven't had a chance to test this functionality for myself so I'm
not sure how accurate the assertion is.
