[Web4lib] Online Dewey guides

I had no luck searching for a previous discussion thread on this topic,
so apologies if this has been done before:

Does anyone know of, or provide, an web-based online guide to Dewey that
is scoped to address the common subject access needs of public libraries
(not too simple, not too complex), and that could also be printed out
when necessary by the library for those patrons who prefer print?
Preferably it should also be editable by the public library providing
the service.
