[WEB4LIB] Re: Citation creation code?

Todd Holbrook's Citation Manager
(http://stalefish.lib.sfu.ca/CitationManager/) will accept
OpenURLs.  Its display isn't as sophisticated as Connotea (or
CiteUlike:  http://www.citeulike.org), but, it being OSS, could
conceivably be modified to look like anything you want.

I have it running in development here, and while I may not
ultimately go live with it, it has given me pretty good insight as
to what a web citation manager can and should do, as well as the
inherent limitations of web citation management plus its
advantages.
