DEFINITION
Under general direction, supervises and coordinates all library
bibliographic services and does related work as required.  This is an
administrative line position, responsible for Bibliographic Services
personnel and operations and serves as a member of the Library's senior
management team, formulating, monitoring and evaluating the
implementation and effectiveness of policies, practices and procedures
related to Technical Services operations, ensuring policies and
procedures represent public service needs.
