[Web4lib] ? H-P Organize

Folks,

Excuse the cross-posting, but I'm lost here.

We have a Bulgarian here in the library who has limited English and very 
limited computer skills. He has a Hewlett-Packard PC at home and says he 
must have clicked something because now he has "H-P Organize" in a square 
in the center of his monitor and he can't move it or delete it. I have an 
H-P at home, but I've never seen this. Does anyone know anything about it?
