Hi Julia,

If your server runs Apache and Perl try AWStats - 
http://awstats.sourceforge.net/
It says it will run on IIS machines but we've only used it on Linux 
based ones.

Report Magic - http://www.reportmagic.org/
Displays greater detail but isn't as pretty as AWStats to look at
