[Web4lib] policies/practices for archiving old web files?

Greetings, all,

I'd like to hear about policies and practices that anyone is using (or has
heard/read about) for archiving old web files.  Where do you keep them?  Who
puts them there?  How often do you actually go and look at them? ;)
