How do we know that it is entirely factual? You may be right about it not
being a clear case. I am not a lawyer. It is definitely a violation of the

The policy of this list aside, what makes this example a "clear" violation
of fair use is not all too clear. And threats of expulsion are perhaps too
rush.

Being for open sharing of information does not mean opposition to
copyright. Just because you disagree just not necessarily mean it is
right and prudent to support posting of an entire article here. Such
posting is clearly not fair use.
