[Web4lib] The connection between user-centered design and library
instruction

User-centered design has a direct connection to the shape and content of
library instruction programs. I spell out my position on this topic in a
streaming video entitled "What Doesn't Change: The Origin and Implications
of the Library's Education Function." The video is 15 minutes long and
mounted on the University of Rochester's institutional respository.
