Do you have any access to the webserver logs?  Also, is it a static or 
dynamic page?  The best route would probably be checking the webserver 
logs as most XML feeds work over http (I've seen some that haven't, but 
they're specialized cases).  In other words, the web server really 
doesn't see much difference between serving a web page, a pdf, or an xml 
file.

There's some various analysis tools out there for http logs, but without 
knowing your web server it is hard to recommend one.  Not that I've 
actually looked into this enough to have run the software.

If the RSS feed is dynamic you could generate some rough statistics by 
having the it write out to a log or something similar.
