[Web4lib] Happy birthday Win95, IE

A milestone of sorts: Ten years ago today, Bill Gates shared the stage
with Jay Leno and the Rolling Stones for a few jokes, a performance of
"Start Me Up", and the official launch of Windows 95, along with a
feeble little utility they threw in called Internet Explorer 1.0 (the
substantially better IE 2.0 was one of the big reasons to buy the Plus!
disc).

At the moment, about 2.5% of the hits on our web site are still coming
from machines running Win9x operating systems.
