[Web4lib] Is web4lib archive still searchable

Since more folks are interested in this topic, I am posting an answer 
here. I followed the instruction and it worked ok.

For the time being, "you can go to  Google, put in your search terms, 
and add this string to your search:  "web4lib 
site:lists.webjunction.org" to limit to web4lib."
