This is how we do it now: with a webpage that gets updated once a year with
whatever notes we've managed to dig up from various emails. C minus at best.


This is how I'm thinking we might like to do it: with a wiki that allowed us
to maintain, structure, and modify the document continuously, also making it
easier to read and cite, while continuing to make it available to all to
read (since we kill in the styleguide department).
