[WEB4LIB] Question for EBSCO AtoZ users

Stacy,
We discovered a similar problem with some of the Gale databases a while
ago. I think we were able to correct it ourselves by going into the
administrative module and making a change to the base URL, but it may
have required a call to SS. Either way, once the problem was
identified, it was fixed pretty quickly.

Ever since the October upgrade of AtoZ, our Galegroup/Infotrac database
links
have ceased to work from our AtoZ list. Since we get six of these,
that's
as substantial problem.
It appears that AtoZ's program is not correctly inserting our
institution's
ID into the URL.
Is anyone else using AtoZ with Gale/Infotrac databases having this
problem, or
are we just particularly lucky?
