Out sourcing

Hello,

I am a student at the University at Buffalo. I will be
doing a research project on 'outsourcing' I will be
searching the WEB4LIB archives, but was wondering if
anyone has some first hand experiences with this or if
there are some good surveys/research on the topic (as
it relates to libraries).
