[WEB4LIB] RE: Perl editor

Ditto on EditPad.  Search and replace features are excellent.  Search
and replace in current document or all open documents with other options
available.

Available for MS Windows, Linux, and maybe even Apple.  I've found one
issue on the Linux version that you can only copy and paste within Edit
Pad but not between any other application and EditPad although that's
not the case in the MS Windows version.  EditPad lite is a free version.
Also found a free lite version of this one, I haven't used myself but
looks good.
