Google Scholar, Firefox, and OpenURLs

A few people have had difficulty modifying the package directly. It's easier
if you have all the source files and rebuild the package from scratch: I've
just posted instructions on the project page
(http://www.ualberta.ca/~pbinkley/gso/ ). Apologies for not having thought
of this the first time.
