Journals data in OPAC

I am looking for information for a group at our library on how other
libraries are getting urls for journals that they dont own, but have access
rights to, to their users. Say journals within Ebsco for example, where the
titles could change.

Are you putting this data into your catalog?
Are you using a separate-home grown database?
Do you use an aggregator (such as serial solutions).

If you do use an aggregator- is the aggregator info available from within
your catalog, or just on your web pages. If you decided to/not to put this
data into your catalog, I would love to hear reasoning.

Any info, links, tips, names of further contact is appreciated.
