Gates config and Centurion Guard

Folks,

I'm looking into Centurion Guard/Drive Shield. The salesman for the Florida 
public library market *swears* we have Centurion Guard on our computers. If 
so, I know nothing about it and no one has ever said anything about it. We 
certainly weren't told when we got the computers.

Does anyone know which state was the first to get Centurion Guard? Do I 
have it and not know it?
